Upon first meeting Anne Mullis, it is apparent she’s tall. While not short in stature, Anne is certainly not short on experience either. A Tampa native, Anne boasts extensive first-hand knowledge of Tampa and its surrounding areas. Maintaining homes in South Tampa and Belleair Beach allows her to amass a greater understanding of Tampa, the beaches and everything in-between. Her passion truly is to help people find homes that they love.

Upon first meeting Cindy Richards, her infectious smile is captivating. But it is what’s behind the smile that will keep you hooked. With over ten years of experience in the Tampa Bay area, Cindy is equipped to assist with any buying and selling needs. A native of Houston, Texas, Cindy has resided in such exotic locales as Mexico City and Buenos Aires, Argentina. Having moved around several times herself, Cindy understands and empathizes with both the buyer and the seller.

Gregory was born in Clearwater, Florida and raised in Roswell, Georgia. His mother’s side of the family has been rooted in the Tampa area for over 100 years and is still active in the Tampa Bay real estate market. He returned to Tampa in 2006 to attend the University of South Florida as a Legacy, where his father and sister also graduated. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences with a concentration in Biology.
