Upon first meeting Cindy Richards, her infectious smile is captivating. But it is what’s behind the smile that will keep you hooked. With over ten years of experience in the Tampa Bay area, Cindy is equipped to assist with any buying and selling needs. A native of Houston, Texas, Cindy has resided in such exotic locales as Mexico City and Buenos Aires, Argentina. Having moved around several times herself, Cindy understands and empathizes with both the buyer and the seller. Relocating to Tampa in 2000 and vying for a fun career in which she did not have to punch a clock, Cindy took the plunge into real estate and found it exceeded her expectations, both in terms of time and enjoyment. Cindy truly loves working with people and strives to maintain positive and productive relationships with all of her clients, past, and present. She has an uncanny ability to make what could be considered a stressful process into a fun and enjoyable experience, while still maintaining a high level of professionalism. Cindy’s expertise is not limited to one specific area; rather she seeks to create relationships with clients all over Tampa Bay. From South Tampa to Westchase, to the Beaches, Cindy is able and willing to help buy and sell real estate while fostering lasting relationships with her clients. Although a relative newcomer to the Tampa Bay area, Cindy does not lack in love for this community. A resident of the New Suburb Beautiful neighborhood in South Tampa, when she’s not working, Cindy can be found outside chatting with neighbors and enjoying the beautiful sunshine we are afforded here most days. Her love for her community is not confined to her neighborhood. She is an active member of the Women’s Leadership Council at Tampa General Hospital and is a supporter of the Straz Center for the Performing Arts. Additionally, Cindy is active within her church, participating in a yearly mission trip to Nicaragua.
