Upon first meeting Anne Mullis, it is apparent she’s tall. While not short in stature, Anne is certainly not short on experience either. A Tampa native, Anne boasts extensive first-hand knowledge of Tampa and its surrounding areas. Maintaining homes in South Tampa and Belleair Beach allows her to amass a greater understanding of Tampa, the beaches and everything in-between. Her passion truly is to help people find homes that they love.
A graduate of the University of Georgia, Anne first pursued a career in education. About thirty-eight years ago, a friend convinced Anne to take a real estate course. It was never something she had really thought about doing, but decided, why not? Soon after, Mary Smith gave her a call and Anne’s real estate career was born. In her words, “it started out slow and has just snowballed ever since”. Her pleasant disposition, a keen sense of humor and a high level of familiarity with the area contribute to her success in the field.
Anne’s devotion to the Tampa Bay area is apparent both in and out of the office. Whether it’s fielding calls from clients at midnight or volunteering with a local organization, Anne strives to continue to promote the high quality of life Tampa and its surrounding areas have to offer. Although her real estate career keeps her very, very busy, Anne still finds time to maintain active memberships in a variety of different organizations. A Junior League of Tampa Sustainer, Chiseler, and H.B. Plant Museum Society member, Anne devotes a good deal of her free time to volunteering with these organizations. You may also find Anne riding her bike down Bayshore or keeping her grandchildren.
